Recent Projects

Ground Neutral undertook the full strip out and machine demolition of a house in central Edinburgh. Reclaimed materials included 85 square metres of flooring. All other materials were segregated and sent to our recycling partners. 

In mid 2021, Ground Neutral partnered with Simple Life Homes, a division with in the Sigma Capital Group to supply 20 community book boxes. All boxes were made form 100% repurposed materials including reclaimed flooring, and wood panelling. The stands were constructed from old gritter vehicle parts. The aim was to create innovative and quirky designs that would appeal to the whole community.
